Our stay was amazing. The hospitality off each and everyone in the staff is increadable and on point. They are genuily interested in making our stay perfect and manage to do so. We recently had the pleasure of sleeping 4 nights at Cicada, and I must say, it was an absolutely extraordinary experience from start to finish. From the moment we walked through the door, we where greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for the entire stay. We started with a welcome drink and ceremony wich made us feel welcome. The room was perfect clean 2 times a day and free water and snacks. The view of the pool and the room was amazing. The food at Tangelo is nothing short of spectacular. Each dish is a work of art on a plate, showcasing not only culinary expertise but also a true passion for gastronomy. The menu is a delightful journey through flavors and textures, with each bite more exquisite than the last. The presentation of the dishes is a testament to the creativity of the chefs, and every meal felt like a carefully crafted masterpiece. But it's not just only the food that makes exceptional; it's the impeccable service. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. They go above and beyond to ensure that every guest feels special and well taken care of. Whether you have dietary preferences or specific questions about the menu, they are more than happy to accommodate your needs. The ambiance is another highlight. We stayed in the deluxe villa, the stay was amazing. The staff is super friendly and welcoming that you would feel they will carry you. The room was clean and they paid attention even to the smallest details. The private pool is temperature controlled and warm . Everything! I've stayed all over the world and this is honestly one of the best hotels I've been to. The staff make the difference with such a personal service and helpful attitude. So many small details in the room like different biscuits every day. Breakfast is just incredible with such an amazing choice of original dishes. Generally an experience filled with small details that made it very special.

Meet and Greet: Swift check in through WhatsApp before we arrive and we were Greeted warmly by the reception team specially by Mrs. Hana with refreshing drink at the lobby. Rooms: Were quite nice and almost as shown in pictures with great view Restroom: Where clean and beautiful Breakfast : The food was interesting classy in they way they service but we had some language difficulty during the order since its Alacarte base Environment: Was very relaxing except the music selection in the morning "its too loud and fast tempo!" Staff: Very helpful and friendly team and Chef Buda was very creative all the time :-)

We liked the villa room where we were staying. It had a lovely view overlooking lush green forests and a relatively quiet relaxing ambience (save and except some loud guests in neighbouring villas). We enjoyed our swims in the heated pool and the early morning outdoor coffee and breakfast by our villa pool. The property isn't very large but it is quite beautiful. Climbing the several stairs to our room several times a day seemed daunting, but we managed to find several coves for resting, relaxing and photographing on our way up and down :) The multi-levelled architecture possibly adds a dimension to the aesthetic appeal of the property. The front-desk and restaurant staff was generally very hospitable and welcoming. Barring a few disconcerting moments at the time of check-in, they were fantastic. Thanks to them for making special complementary arrangements for my wife's birthday.
